Discussion – Justice vs Money

Does the power of money outweigh justice in the judicial system???? If so what can be done to change this???

We want to know what you think. Share your veiws and opinions and let us know what you have to say.

The judicial system is the system of law courts that administer justice and constitute the judicial branch of government. It offers the resolution of disputes where justice prevails through truth and fairness for all. But is this really the case?

It doesn’t matter what you refer to, money matters and everything has a price. The more money you have the more you can afford. This also applies to legal proceedings, where more money equals more and/or better legal representation.

– Do you think that the power of money outweighs justice in the judicial system?
– Is truth and fairness swept under the carpet if the victim isnt as finacially empowered as the guilty party?
– Does this then become about money and what one can afford or is willing to pay rather then justice itself?
– Should the judicial system be re-evaluated so that justice prevails through truth and fairness. where money cant be used for legal gain and equal treatment for all citizens is ensured?
– Should the use legal representation used in and out the court room be modified so that both innocent and guilty parties have the same resources available to them?

Have your say and let us know what you think…..

NEVER blame the victim unless the victim is MALE!
The vast majority of people in jails are MEN (of various shades)! Some of these men look at their skin color and think that the vast conspiracy is to get them as males of color, but they overlook what they have in common with those fellow inmates, their MALENESS.
How is it that we can imagine a massive male conspiracy, but a massive conspiracy to help women and punish men is simply out of the question?
Discrepancies between the power of the two people involved in the criminal justice system can lead to issues, but also discrepanices in power as held jointly also affects outcomes of trials (or did you only want simplistic analysis?).
Feminists like to pretend that matriarchy is impossible, but patriarchy they pretend to be the absolute ruler (even though women live longer, Social security initially was to help ONLY widows, women get the child custody almost all the time so men can be forced to pay).
The way of the matriarchy is to pretend that they are weak and powerless and always victimized (and to always peretend that men are big and bad and abusive and to alter our constituion and our laws to protect only men and to eliminate constituional protections only for men.
Think I am wrong, call up your local domestic violence shelter and ask them where battered men go (they are denied EQUAL services in every county and city in this entire country).
Feminsts claim they are all for equality, but they never fight for equal treatment of men, always they fight for special stuff for women and far from equal status for men.
Feminists claim they can do EVERYthign a man can do, but then they demand special dispensation wherever they go (we can do everything a man can do on the job, but in the home we need SPECIAL protections).
YOU dont think the people who live longer wield any special power? I bet if men lived longer, you would claim that affords them some special power women just dont have

We live in the best of times, we live in the worst of times (Charles Dickens).
Few want to discuss witch hunts in recent history (cuz they mostly target MEN)…..They only want to talk about witch hunts from the distant past (that targeteed women-so they can pretend only women are victims)…………
